GET GLOW WITH BANANAS


It is mid of the week; you might be overworked and not time to pay attention to yourself. Going to a parlor for a facial is out of question. Weekend you have travel plans. Travel dehydrates you and makes you look flakier. Before you get the blues and go browsing for a skin cream or facials check out...your answer might be there on your breakfast table! Yes,  just go Bananas!
Experts advise banana to be a daily fruit for men and women for its various health benefits including decreasing risk of cancer, High blood pressure etc. Banana is rich source of Potassium, antioxidants, Vitamin B and Pyridoxine (Vitamin- B6). Vitamin B-6 is also highly prescribed for healthy skin and to treat skin disorders like Psoriasis, eczema, dandruff, dry skin and even myeloma. 
Now instead of hunting around for the facials, here is your way to pamper your skin in a rich organic way, right at your home:
 Take a ripe banana.(You may choose organic). Peel it.
  • You need just about 1 inch of a banana fruit.
  • Mash it (may mash in a bowl with back of the spoon or fork)
  • Apply it evenly on your clean face
  • Leave it for about 5-7 minutes till it dries
  • Wash your face with cold water.



Isn’t it the simplest zero cost way to treat your skin with high nourishment, while you nourish yourself with the remaining banana? :) What more, it’s the easiest fruit around get around even when you are travelling!To maintain a healthy glowing skin you can do once a week facial with banana.
