TEA HAS BEAUTY BENEFITS TOO!!

If you have always loved sipping on that cup of chai, here's more reason to love tea, which is rich in antioxidants - it can help you get gorgeous. Here are some of the ways tea benefits you...

1. Is a great moisturiser: Dry skin? Just spray cold, green tea on the face. This is a great refresher and removes impurities. It also gives a nice glow to the skin.

2. Busts under eye puffiness: Don't throw out the used teabag. A quick and easy home remedy is to put the used bag in the fridge to cool it and then place it under the eyes. Tea has caffeine, which aids in shrinking blood vessels under the eyes and thus reduces puffiness and dark circles.

3. Gives a sheen and bounce to hair: Want a great mane? Rinse out your hair using black tea or green tea. While black tea can reduce breakage, green tea is said to stimulate hair growth. Just pour the cooled tea on hair and leave it on for ten minutes. Shampoo and condition your hair after that.

4. Eliminates foot odour: Suffering from smelly feet? Don't just use a deo on them; instead soak your feet in a solution that made of boiled black tea. Tea is anti-bacterial and stops the 'foot sweat' thus reducing the smell. It also closes the pores of the feet.

5. Soothes the skin post shaving: Do your legs turn red and itchy after a shave? Press a cool, black tea bag on the affected area, it calms the skin.

Besides being good for one's complexion turmeric has antibacterial effects. It also helps to curb hair growth. Turmeric is also good for many other skin problems and wounds.

For the mask

Gram flour
Since our grand-mothers time we know that gram flour (Besan) is used for face packs. Women in many parts of India regularly used a face pack made by mixing gram flour with turmeric. This is believed to have the ability to remove the excess hair on the face, particularly around the mouth and chin. It also helps in getting a smooth and flawless skin.

For the mask
Mix equal amounts of gram flour and turmeric with a little water to make a thick paste. Apply this paste on the face, leave on until it dries totally and then with a cloth dipped in warm water rub off this face mask.

Egg
Eggs have various benefits for the skin and hair.

HOMEMADE HAIR DYE

Using chemical and ammonia based liquid hair dye is dangerous for scalp and hair health.
Even power based hair dyes have chemicals which can harm your eyes and effect eyesight.

Frequent re-coloring will make hair look more duller.

So, here is a natural method to make long lasting hair dye using peel of layer over garlic.
Ingredients needed to make Natural  Hair Dye :
  • Garlic (large quantity)

3. Filter the ash to get fine powder with a cotton cloth.
4. Add olive oil to this ash and stir it to make it just like hair dye paste.
5. Preserve it for 7 days(do not store in refrigerator) in glass bottle in darkness.
6. After 7 days apply it to hair in the same way as hair die. Preferably apply it at evening times and have head bath next morning.
7. For still better results don’t do head bath the next day instead keep it like that for 2 to 3 days and then have a bath.
This hair color will give natural look to hair and will last for long period and also keeps hair healthy because of oilve oil mixture.
Also add biotin, zinc, iron, iodine and protein supplements to your diet to keep hair healthy and in natural color.

It is packed with antioxidants and minerals including protein, iron, calcium, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Niacin, Phosphorus, Thiamin, Potassium, and Magnesium, just to name a few. Read along to learn some other amazing information on Spinach!

1. UV Ray Protection Spinach contains Vitamin B which protects the skin from dangerous UV rays that cause sun damage, skin cancer, and premature aging of the skin.

2. Vegetable of Youth Studies have shown that eating spinach regularly will keep you looking younger longer! It slows down age-related degeneration and stops premature aging of the skin.
3. Clear Complexion  Rich in Vitamin K and Folate, spinach helps to give you clear skin, minimizing acne, bruising on the skin, and dark circles.
4. Keep it Raw The best way to consume spinach is by eating it raw, as opposed to cooking it. Cooking the spinach can kill some very valuable nutrients in the vegetable and that is never good. Add spinach to a salad, on a sandwich, on sliced tomatoes with mozzarella cheese and basil, on top of entrees, blended into a smoothie, etc.
5. The Most Beneficial Way to Enjoy Spinach In a smoothie. Why you ask? Well, apparently simply chewing the leafy green vegetable does not allow us to break down the vegetable well enough. The spinach’s cell walls need to be broken down completely for so the vital/essential enzymes can be released and absorbed into the body appropriately. The best way to accomplish this is by blending it in a blender and enjoying it in a smoothie.
6. Glowing Skin Spinach will add a beautiful glow to your skin! Thanks to all the amazing antioxidants and nutrients in spinach, it will even out  your complexion and leave your skin looking radiant.
